The service

Training that happens in the gym is only part of a larger system required to make lasting changes. My aim is to give clients integration between the physical, behavioral, and nutritional components of training.

  • 1-on-1 in-person personal training
  • Nutritional education
  • Access to private digital assets
  • 24/7 client support
  • Fully logged and trackable workout history
  • Customized program for every workout (even when we don't meet)

Why resistance training

Money-back guarantee

I stand by the quality of my service. If you are dissatisfied with your first month of training, I will offer a full refund — no questions asked.

About

Hi, my name is Axa! I grew up in Seattle and went to high school in Reno. The gym has helped me radically transform both my mind and body, and I hold gratitude for the opportunity to help others walk the same path. Connecting with and learning about my clients is one of my absolute favorite parts of this job.

In my free time I enjoy reading, riding my motorcycle, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
