Hello! My name is Axa. I am a personal trainer with experience helping clients achieve success across a variety of goals. Whether you're looking for aesthetic, hypertrophy, strength, or longevity - I'd like to help you find success and realize those goals.
As a trainer, my goal is for the client to always understand the why that drives what we are doing. Clients are encouraged to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding for the reasoning that dictates training decisions.
I'm a firm believer that the gym is about self love, rather than self punishment. Exercise is, above all, an expression of gratitude.
Humans are so vastly different, with different experiences, motivations, mental barriers, and perceptions. As such, I keep a low client count to ensure I am able to understand each client fully and deliver the best results possible.
(Excessive) ego is a barrier to growth. The more we can humble ourselves and see opportunities for growth, the faster and better we learn. As a trainer, I live by this principle and am always open to constructive criticism/feedback.

Samuel Johnson
“Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate”

"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."
Socrates
I stand by the quality of my services. If you are unsatisfied with your first month of training, I will offer a full refund - no questions asked.
I offer one consultation per person free of charge.
A consultation is a great way to get answers to any questions you might have, learn about my methodology, and figure out if we are a good fit for each other.
If you have a question but don't want to book a consultation, send me a message on my contact page.
You must complete a consultation with me to purchase training packages.
I operate out of Innovative Health, a neighborhood gym in Seattle's Central District. If you have access to a private space or home gym and would prefer to meet there, I am open to discussing it.
