Nevermore Fitness offers a subscription-based monthly service rather than a per-session basis, reflecting the consistency required to have long-term success in the realm of health and fitness. The training that happens in the gym is a small portion of the larger system required to make lasting changes. My aim is to give clients integration between the physical, psychological, and nutritional components of training.
The service includes:
1-on-1 in-person personal training
access to private digital assets
nutritional education
customized program for every workout (even when we don't meet)
fully logged/trackable workout history
24/7 client support
advice and guidance on everything in-between
A consultation is a time to discuss your fitness goals and the best ways for you to reach them. By the time you leave the consultation, you will have a clear picture of how training works and what best suits your individual needs.
I encourage you to book a consultation, even if you're unsure about working with me. It's a great way to get free advice, and allows me to give back to my community.
I offer one consultation per person. There are no requirements to receive a consultation; it is free of charge and free of obligation.
You must complete a consultation with me to purchase training.
I stand by the quality of my services. If you are unsatisfied with your first month of training, I will offer a full refund - no questions asked.
I operate out of Innovative Health, a neighborhood gym in Seattle's Central District. If you have access to a private space or home gym and would prefer to meet there, I am open to discussing it.
Here is a link to an article called Iron and the Soul. It's a fantastic write up and explores some very important themes - more eloquently than I ever could. I strongly suggest reading this if you are interested in weight training.
